1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Vor-Tex website and its services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Service Description

Vor-Tex is a no-code platform for designing, orchestrating, publishing and governing integrations and APIs in enterprise environments.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the services only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to access systems or data without authorization
  • Not interfere with the normal operation of the services
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Vor-Tex platform, including but not limited to software, designs, logos, trademarks and content, are the exclusive property of Vor-Tex or its licensors. Customers retain ownership of their data and the integrations they create using the platform.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the business relationship.

6. Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Specific service levels are defined in the particular service agreement signed with each customer.

  • Target availability of 99.9% for cloud services
  • Technical support during business hours
  • Scheduled maintenance with prior notification
  • Defined escalation procedures

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vor-Tex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or use.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the business relationship with thirty (30) days' notice.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.

10. Modifications

Vor-Tex reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on this website.
